Introducing White2Label Studios: Clothing Manufacturers UK
Let us introduce our studio service
Long before we ever envisioned ourselves being in a position of creating our own print studio, we always had a simple vision; establish ourselves as one of the leading clothing manufacturers in the UK. As a company, we always vowed to ensure we stayed true to our core mission statement regardless of which avenue we found to be better for our business, but equally, we needed to ensure we kept growth and scalability in our minds so we can reach more brands and assist more brands find the best clothing manufacturers.
Our white label clothing service has done incredibly well the last two years. We always ran an extremely lean operation, so to ensure when the time was right we could reinvest a huge chunk of our profits back into creating a more efficient service where we could oversee every element of the production line, so to ensure consistent quality control throughout the entire process. In essence, it was one way we'd continue to compete with other custom clothing manufacturers. This year most definitely showed us that relying on other businesses and individuals isn't always the best way forward.
We therefore begun planning the implementation of all our print and customisation coming in-house, but not for the sole reason of being able to print and brand up items within our facility, but also to give us and brand owners a creative space to design, plan and implement new designs/ ideas and concepts. This allows real time, fast feedback on whether or not a design works well before we have to submit this to a custom clothing manufacturer overseas, or any clothing manufacturers within the UK, or EU. This is done with the sole purpose of allowing brands and creatives to streamline their sampling phase, so that we know what works and what doesn't before we submit tech-packs to our clothing manufacturers and therefore reduces the risk of samples coming back ad requiring design changes, or alterations; this reduces the overall spend on projects, will ultimately reduce overall lead times and allow for greater design control for all brands we work with.
All of this has been in concept stage for the vast majority of 2020, until now. In the New Year, we're finally ready to launch White2Label Studios- this is a facility built by us, for our clients. We aim to continuously reinvest into better equipment, advanced printing and garment construction technologies and look to diversify our product and service offering so to allow for an even more comprehensive service for all brands. Not only do we want to be one of the leading clothing manufacturers UK, but we would like to be one that offers clients a one-stop-shop for all of their production, printing, garment finishing and fulfilment requirements. All of this will be rolled out as and when we've done testing with a sample batch of clients to ensure we can offer these services as efficiently as we'd hope; this will also allow us to refine the way we offer these services prior to rolling them out, so they're trialed and tested.
As a final sign off, we'd like to thank all those who read our blogs, engage with our content and those clients who work with us for an amazing year and we're very excited to continue to work with those clients who are growing and scaling and work with new clients in the New Year who require white label clothing services.
