We get asked this a lot
We understand the issues faced by those searching for a clothing manufacturer, which is why we simplify the process through our end-to-end services.

Do you have a question?

Check out our most commonly asked questions (and answers) below to assist you in making the decision as to whether we're the right clothing manufacturer for your brand.
What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQs start at 25pcs per style and colour for white labelling and 100pcs per style and colour for bespoke production.

Note, final MOQs can vary depending on design, fabric requirements and consumption and the above is for guidance only. This is non-negotiable, so please consider this before enquiring.

How much will it cost me?

Costs can vary from £3,000 to £85,000 per collection, depending on the requirements and work required.

How is your clothing manufactured?

The very first stage of clothing manufacturing is building out the specifications - these, otherwise known as tech packs, outline the requirements for each style during the manufacturing stages.

Thereafter, we will produce a sample for you to assess fabric, fit, feel and workmanship. Note, there are limitations within sampling and your account manager will inform you of this during the initial discovery phase.

Once the sample is approved, the bulk process starts. This involves mass-manufacturing fabrics, trims and hardware and once it arrives to our warehouse, we will begin hand-stitching the garments one by one throughout our production line.

Each garment goes through a rigid four stage quality control process to minimise the chances of defective items making their way through to end-consumers. We also include additional measures such as final random inspections by independent organisations and laboratories like SGS, TUV, Intertek and many more*

Once the final production is completed, you'll receive a quality control sheet, outlining the outcomes of these checks and corresponding "QC Passed" stickers on garments.

*All orders are guaranteed to go through the four-stage-QC process, but independent final inspections are done at random on 1 in every 3 bulk orders. These checks use a standard criteria of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) to conduct (AQL) sampling. If you'd like your order to be independently checked, this can be requested in the specification.

What is the difference between white label clothing and bespoke manufacturing?

Our white label service involves the process of using pre-manufactured styles, which we then apply your branding and finishing to after the fact.

This simplifies the manufacturing process, and reduces cost and MOQs associated with clothing manufacturing. It's a great production solution for start-ups, or brands testing new concepts as it spreads the risk across multiple styles.

Custom clothing manufacturing on the other hand, involves producing completely bespoke products tailored towards your requirements. You'll get complete design freedom in fabric selection, sizing, design cues and much more.

How long does it take to manufacture clothes?

Final timelines vary from project to project due to the complex nature of manufacturing, but a guide would be 2-8 months per collection.
